Warranty & Care

Crafted from medical-grade steel and finished with an 18k gold plating, all our jewellery is 100% waterproof. The pieces will never tarnish or change colour. In the rare event that they do - likely due to a PVD processing error on our part - we will replace them entirely free of charge.

Simply send us a clear photograph along with your original order number.

How to care for your Alvion jewellery:

Protect from physical damage. Please remove your jewellery whilst doing housework, gardening, or any manual labour. Even durable pieces can be scratched or broken under excessive force.

Rinse after exposure. If your items are exposed to harsh chemicals like bleach or highly acidic substances (such as lemon juice), rinse them immediately with clean water.

Store safely. Keep your jewellery in a fabric-lined box or soft pouch to prevent surface scratches.

Prevent tangles. Always fasten clasps before storing your pieces and ensure they are kept separated. This prevents chains from becoming knotted and damaged.

Jewellery cleaner. Use reputable mild liquid cleaner designed for gold-plated pieces. Always read the label carefully and follow the instructions provided.

Mild soapy bath. Prepare a small bowl of warm water mixed with a gentle, bleach-free household liquid detergent. Gently clean the jewellery using a soft-bristled brush to create a lather. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry using a soft, lint-free cloth.

Please note that some of our rings are adjustable. For these pieces, one size fits all, so you do not need to worry about selecting a specific size.
